DESCRIPTION:Northwest Barrie is recruiting 20 interested Warriors to form a team UNITED WE FLOAT for the 21 annual\nBarrie Dragon Boat Festival Saturday\, August 16\, 2025\, at Heritage Park! The festival brings teams together for\na fun-filled day of camaraderie and fundraising while racing dragon boats on Kempenfelt Bay. \nNo experience required. While a basic level of fitness is recommended\, it’s not a prerequisite. A key aspect is\nthe ability to learn and synchronize with the team\, emphasizing teamwork and coordination rather than\nindividual strength. Two instructor-led practice sessions will be scheduled before the event.
