The morning will begin with a keynote address\, followed by a choice of three workshops to attend. After a lunch break\, attendees can enjoy a panel discussion featuring three distinguished guests\, and then choose from another set of three workshops in the afternoon. \n  \nKeynote Speaker: Irena Lawrenson\, Retired OPP Officer – High Heels and High Hopes. \n  \nWorkshop topics include: Yoga\, untold stories of female heroes of World War II\, breaking through the stress wall\, a walk and meditation in the forest\, learning about Kintsugi cups and mindfulness. \n  \nThe afternoon guest panel will focus on resilience.  Speakers will share their experiences on a variety of topics that include recovering from burnout\, cancer survival and senior’s mental health. \n  \nWith only 80 tickets available\, be sure to secure yours early!
