SUMMARY:Aging in Place Seminar & Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Aging in place means being able to live safely\, comfortably\, and independently in your own home for as long as possible. This seminar is designed for older adults who want practical\, reliable information to help them plan and make confident choices about their future. We will explore key topics that support healthy aging\, including maintaining strength and mobility\, preventing falls and frailty\, recognizing and reducing the risk of delirium\, and understanding how everyday health changes can affect independence. \nAfter the seminar\, there will be a light lunch. Tickets cost $5.00 and will be on sale starting January 28th.
